TrendPulse may process account authorization tokens, basic account information provided by connected platforms, video files, captions, publishing settings, queue records, and publish status responses.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate authorized accounts, prepare posts, submit content through official platform APIs, check publishing status, troubleshoot errors, and maintain a local posting record.

3. Storage

TrendPulse is designed to run locally by default. Authorization tokens and queue data may be stored on the operator's device or chosen hosting environment. The operator is responsible for securing local files and credentials.

4. Sharing

TrendPulse does not sell personal information. Information may be sent to connected third-party platforms only as needed to provide publishing functionality that the account owner authorizes.

5. Third-Party Services

Connected platforms, including TikTok, process information under their own terms and privacy policies. TrendPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

6. Data Retention

Local records and tokens are kept for as long as needed to operate the workflow. The operator may delete local queue files, logs, published files, and tokens at any time.

7. Security

TrendPulse uses official authorization flows where available. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and users should keep credentials private and avoid sharing token files.
