Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TrendPulse, a private workflow tool for preparing and publishing short-form video content to accounts authorized by the account owner.

1. Use of TrendPulse

You may use TrendPulse only for lawful purposes and only with social media accounts that you own, manage, or have permission to operate. You are responsible for all content you prepare, upload, schedule, or publish through TrendPulse.

2. Content Rights

You must own, license, or have permission to use any videos, images, sounds, captions, trademarks, names, likenesses, or other materials included in content published through TrendPulse. TrendPulse does not grant rights to third-party content.

3. Platform Rules

You agree to follow the terms, community guidelines, developer policies, and content rules of any third-party platform connected to TrendPulse, including TikTok. TrendPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

4. Account Authorization

TrendPulse may connect to third-party services through official authorization flows. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have authority to authorize access and publish content for that account.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use TrendPulse to infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, publish deceptive content, spam platforms, bypass technical restrictions, scrape protected services, or violate applicable laws or platform policies.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

TrendPulse is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Publishing features may depend on third-party APIs, platform approvals, access tokens, account status, rate limits, and policy changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, account restrictions, content removals, or platform enforcement actions.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TrendPulse after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
